Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Simfile ("Simfile", "we", "us"), a file hosting service that pays uploaders for valid downloads of their files. By creating an account or using Simfile, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
• One person or entity may not operate more than one account to inflate downloads or earnings.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the files you upload. By uploading, you confirm that:

• you own the file or have the right to share it and to authorize downloads of it;
• the file doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights; and
• sharing the file doesn’t violate any law.

You're solely responsible for the files you upload and for how you distribute your download links. We may remove any file at our discretion, including in response to a copyright complaint - see our DMCA policy.

You may not use Simfile to store or distribute:

• malware, exploits, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to a system;
• content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• illegal content, including material that exploits or endangers minors;
• content used for phishing, fraud, or scams; or
• anything that violates applicable law.

You also may not attempt to artificially inflate downloads or earnings - for example by downloading your own files, using bots, VPN/proxy cycling, or automated scripts. We use automated and manual review to detect this and may withhold earnings, suspend accounts, or reverse payouts obtained this way.

• You earn a per-download rate for downloads we determine to be valid (e.g. genuine, non-fraudulent, from a counted region).
• Only valid downloads count toward your balance - download counts and earnings can differ from raw traffic due to fraud filtering.
• Payouts can be requested once you reach the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard, to a bank account or e-wallet you provide.
• We may delay, review, or reverse a payout if we suspect fraud, error, or a Terms violation.
• Rates, thresholds, and supported payout methods may change; changes apply to future earnings, not to your existing balance.

Storage quotas are shown in your dashboard and may be adjusted by us. We may remove files that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are the subject of a valid legal request.

A file that goes 30 days without a single valid download is deleted automatically, and its stored copy is permanently removed from our servers - it cannot be restored. Any valid download resets that clock.

We aren't responsible for loss of files - keep your own backup of anything important.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, engaging in fraud, or if required by law. You may stop using Simfile at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as earnings review and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

Simfile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or any particular level of downloads or earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Simfile after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
